Flat roofs are the everyday job here
Rowhomes and twins across Mayfair, Frankford and Juniata mostly have low-slope roofs, not shingles. Joe's crew tears off the old layers and puts down a torch-down (modified bitumen) roof with a white granulated cap sheet.
Why white granulated
The white granules reflect sun instead of soaking it up, which keeps a top-floor bedroom cooler in a Philly summer and protects the roof underneath from UV.

My rowhome roof is flat. What do you put on it?
Usually a torch-down modified bitumen roof with a white granulated cap sheet, after tearing off the old layers so the deck can be checked. Joe will tell you on the roof if a repair makes more sense than a new roof.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Joe comes out, gets on the roof, and gives you a price. You can also text photos of the roof to (267) 993-3571 first.
Do your roofs come with a warranty?
Yes. Joe's posts say it plainly: all roofs come with a warranty. He'll go over the exact terms for your roof with the estimate.
