Not every leak means a new roof. Joe gets on the roof, finds where the water is getting in, and fixes that. If the roof is too far gone for a patch to last, he tells you that too.
Is this what you need?
Arianna had a small leak in an upstairs ceiling. Joe came out the same day, found it, and patched every crack he saw while he was up there.
Clogged scuppers and old patchwork trap water on a flat roof. Joey's review: Joe found his scupper drain problems right away, in the rain.
When a leak has been going a while, the plywood underneath rots. Joe cuts out the bad section and puts in new wood before the new roof goes on.
How Joe's crew does it
In Joe's own words from his job posts. Read Joe's post
Water travels. Joe traces the stain back to where it actually gets in: a seam, flashing, a vent, a drain or a skylight.
If the wood underneath is wet or rotted, it comes out. In this job the bad plywood was cut out at the leak.
New plywood and new roofing over the problem area, or a sealed patch where the roof is still sound.
While he is up there, Joe looks at drains, scuppers and seams, so you are not calling back next storm.

Joe and his team were great to work with. They were thorough as they evaluated areas of my roof that needed to be patched and extremely responsive to questions I had along the way. Very professional and the roof looks great. I would hire them again without question.
